Pathways for Academic and Career Employment (PACE) is designed to assist individuals with securing quality employment.

Eligible Participants:

  • Credit or non-credit
  • Low Income Up to 250% Poverty Level
  • Iowa Resident
  • Iowa Central Community College Classes only
  • Must take Assessment
  • Registered with Selective Services
  • Must have High School Diploma

How does PACE help?


Career Navigators are available to help connect you with the guidance and resources you need to be successful. Every person’s journey is unique, and our navigators offer customized and personal support to help you transition smoothly!

Whether your journey begins with earning a high school equivalency diploma, taking a non-credit career certificate course, or pursuing a degree, our navigators will provide support along the way!
